Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Tac 421A, 0-073-0245-0 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Taian-Electric products, including obsoleted and phased-out Taylor parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Talk-a-phone-Co. product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Taian-Electric such as the H11EB spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 6027BZ10000C125P29801 manufactured by Taylor and we are pleased to be able to service most Taylor systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 7946 by Manufacturer Talk-a-phone-Co. as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Takenaka Brand GT5RS in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Tci such as KLR25ATB equipment made by Tci have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Tci products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Tci" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available A5342 made by Tamagawa as well as the popular TS4073N9E31 original spares produced by Tamagawa

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the TS1664N231 by Tamagawa and KLR25ATB spares by Tci are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 050616083 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Hewlet-Packard.
