Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Tirak products, including obsoleted and phased-out Triad-Controls-Inc. parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Toshiba product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Tirak such as the 19899 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the TR72 manufactured by Triad-Controls-Inc. and we are pleased to be able to service most Triad-Controls-Inc. systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature BB50FSTM20NA0 by Manufacturer Toshiba as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Tol-o-matic Brand BC273200 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Traid such as TR302F08 equipment made by Traid have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 20BM090BXDTO by Toyoda and TR302F08 spares by Traid are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
