Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Thomson UT010-010 X42-114-334 UT010010 X42114334 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Tolomatic products, including obsoleted and phased-out Timken parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Tocco product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Tolomatic such as the RSARSM spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 892B manufactured by Timken and we are pleased to be able to service most Timken systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature D14712 by Manufacturer Tocco as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Tigear Brand 14313 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Accretech such as 999348DB999332AA equipment made by Accretech have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Accretech products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Accretech" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available BC4185974 made by Tolomatic as well as the popular GSWA102PSTYLE original spares produced by Tolomatic

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 36000037 by Tolomatic and 999348DB999332AA spares by Accretech are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
