Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Toshiba 71-3642 / 103030101 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Traco products, including obsoleted and phased-out Toyoda parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Rpc product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Traco such as the PAT3676745TRACOTB541TRACO81A1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the TP12290 manufactured by Toyoda and we are pleased to be able to service most Toyoda systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MA35232F002 by Manufacturer Rpc as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Trane Brand 174H7898 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Toyoda such as PC2FS3D equipment made by Toyoda have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Toyoda products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Toyoda" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available RE45BA2R1 made by Tosoku as well as the popular VT130G304160 original spares produced by Toshiba

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the VCM33Z2K03611SR7VCM3G12N2K2221A03 by Toshiba and PC2FS3D spares by Toyoda are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original OUT15 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Toyopuc.
