Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Transiac 2032 63Y-182973 TB-2 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Raytron products, including obsoleted and phased-out Rele-ctp parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Red-Lion product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Raytron such as the 850D2 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 190703 manufactured by Rele-ctp and we are pleased to be able to service most Rele-ctp systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature LSCDF600 by Manufacturer Red-Lion as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Redex Brand CT00073600 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Red-Lion such as LD4T06P0 equipment made by Red-Lion have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Red-Lion products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Red-Lion" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available P2CIMSER made by Raritan as well as the popular 114008464101 original spares produced by Raymond

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 24A700 by Registron and LD4T06P0 spares by Red-Lion are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original TM101U Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Regent.
