Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Tri-tronics CMSR-1AF1 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Turck products, including obsoleted and phased-out Tucker parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Trw product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Turck such as the FGENIOM885001 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 269E110351 manufactured by Tucker and we are pleased to be able to service most Tucker systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature NTR1200WNTR1800W by Manufacturer Trw as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Tucker Brand E620A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Trumpf such as ASV3 equipment made by Trumpf have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Trumpf products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Trumpf" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available Bi10M30AP6XH1141S34 made by Turck as well as the popular BIMM12EAP4XH1141 original spares produced by Turck

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the TL5001500 by Tsubaki and ASV3 spares by Trumpf are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original Bi5UM18RN6XH1141 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Turck.
