Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Turck FCS-N1/2A4P-ARX-B1151 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Turck products, including obsoleted and phased-out Woodward parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Turck product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Turck such as the Ni35CP40FZ3X2S97 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 8272720E manufactured by Woodward and we are pleased to be able to service most Woodward systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MK43111R24VDC by Manufacturer Turck as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Uwt Brand NW4030LC02PPZ in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Veris such as H802601002 equipment made by Veris have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Veris products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Veris" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available NI20NFCP40BZ3X made by Turck as well as the popular KEX0XDXXHVVN original spares produced by Vega

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MRRC3G by Wattstopper and H802601002 spares by Veris are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original FEP31024T1 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Unicome.
