Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Turck Ni20-CP40-VN4X2/S110 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Turck products, including obsoleted and phased-out Visolux parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Visolux product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Turck such as the Bi15UEM30AP6XH1141 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the RLK258800116 manufactured by Visolux and we are pleased to be able to service most Visolux systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MLV4054G49 by Manufacturer Visolux as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Watt-Stopper Brand W2000A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Yamatake such as HPXNT2 equipment made by Yamatake have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Yamatake products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Yamatake" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available HMT120 made by Vaisala as well as the popular HTTSJP050N000 original spares produced by Ultrasonic

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 192606070525 by Walchem and HPXNT2 spares by Yamatake are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
