Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO
Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Vat products, including obsoleted and phased-out Velconic parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Valmet product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Vat such as the 65548PHHXBYC2 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the VLASE020T027 manufactured by Velconic and we are pleased to be able to service most Velconic systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature A413130 by Manufacturer Valmet as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Vexta Brand PK564AWT30 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Vexta such as ASM98ACTB1 equipment made by Vexta have been added to our featured items. Additionally we have now also available A41353103 made by Valmet as well as the popular V090XPO original spares produced by Vxb
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PXB44H03A by Vexta and ASM98ACTB1 spares by Vexta are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original A2504BS25 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Velmex.
