Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO
Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Van-Dorn products, including obsoleted and phased-out Var-spe parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Vanzetti product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Van-Dorn such as the 330038PC330038 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 11110650214 manufactured by Var-spe and we are pleased to be able to service most Var-spe systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 1011D20401 by Manufacturer Vanzetti as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Vee-Arc Brand PC700010 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Varian such as E11084080 equipment made by Varian have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Varian products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Varian" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 9699368S004 made by Varian as well as the popular 930157 original spares produced by Vee-Arc
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the A41351102 by Valmet and E11084080 spares by Varian are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original AQ12002B Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Siemens.
