Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Vernitron 023-960-aild5-2569 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Vibro-Dynamics products, including obsoleted and phased-out Vickers parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Vg product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Vibro-Dynamics such as the GFA1200 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CGR02FK30 manufactured by Vickers and we are pleased to be able to service most Vickers systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 4600354 by Manufacturer Vg as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Vigo-Systems Brand VPDC5H in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Vickers such as DG4S4012C50 equipment made by Vickers have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Vickers products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Vickers" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available DG4S4018C50 made by Vickers as well as the popular DG4V3S6CMFWB560 original spares produced by Vickers

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DGMC3PTCW41 by Vickers and DG4S4012C50 spares by Vickers are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 239101 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Videojet.
