Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Wago 750-554 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Walter products, including obsoleted and phased-out Warner-Linear parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Westinghouse product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Walter such as the G201208R2T16SXP spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the K2G1024VBR18 manufactured by Warner-Linear and we are pleased to be able to service most Warner-Linear systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature A204J4ADE by Manufacturer Westinghouse as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Walter Brand G201210R2T16SXP in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Weldcomputer such as LSERIES equipment made by Weldcomputer have been added to our featured items. Additionally we have now also available E311134 made by Walter-Titex as well as the popular G201216R5T40SXP original spares produced by Walter

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the B3213DF117Z0135R by Walter and LSERIES spares by Weldcomputer are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
