Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Warner 115/230/460/575VAC parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Goodyear products, including obsoleted and phased-out Franklin parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Nord product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Goodyear such as the 177814M85 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 1S2GX0003 manufactured by Franklin and we are pleased to be able to service most Franklin systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 2282VX by Manufacturer Nord as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Dodge Brand 14035030 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Ft-Jones such as 1402HLE equipment made by Ft-Jones have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ft-Jones products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ft-Jones" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 17QZ20H56 made by Baldor as well as the popular 235HFN10B original spares produced by Falk

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 200MDN by Winsmith and 1402HLE spares by Ft-Jones are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 16DF1A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Flender.
