Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Watlow Micro-Pro 1000 Model 93-00-03 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Weg products, including obsoleted and phased-out Weltronics parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Weg product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Weg such as the 5036ES1BJP56C spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 625594 manufactured by Weltronics and we are pleased to be able to service most Weltronics systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature E104590 by Manufacturer Weg as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Watlow Brand PM6C1KKAAAAAAA in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Weg such as 10018ET3H405TW22 equipment made by Weg have been added to our featured items. Additionally we have now also available WBP025K made by Weightronix as well as the popular PPC20251 original spares produced by Watlow

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 2A06 by Weed-Instrument and 10018ET3H405TW22 spares by Weg are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
