Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Wipotec IMOT3 777-G8-SW parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Woodward products, including obsoleted and phased-out Wittmann parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Sick product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Woodward such as the 84401992IILLC005403 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MCS12L41RS4P1A19NST5S000NR0SU manufactured by Wittmann and we are pleased to be able to service most Wittmann systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 6008776 by Manufacturer Sick as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Wittenstein Brand SP140SMC140K12K in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Wittenstein such as LP050M0250111000 equipment made by Wittenstein have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Wittenstein products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Wittenstein" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available QC1009718271467 made by Woodward as well as the popular 609082 original spares produced by Woodman

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the E0033 by Wittmann and LP050M0250111000 spares by Wittenstein are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original LG118540500 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Wpc.
