Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Wittenstein TPMP004F-016V-P600 064B-W5 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Honeywell products, including obsoleted and phased-out Xilinx parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Wtc product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Honeywell such as the XI582BEU spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the BASYS2 manufactured by Xilinx and we are pleased to be able to service most Xilinx systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 90087553M0 by Manufacturer Wtc as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Woodman Brand 609087 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Woodhead such as 5136CN104 equipment made by Woodhead have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Woodhead products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Woodhead" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 26S14MA5019407 made by Xycom as well as the popular 280741 original spares produced by Wpi

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 1800I by Wpc and 5136CN104 spares by Woodhead are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original E0033 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Wittmann.
