Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Woodhead SST-PFB-SLC-ADP parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Statham products, including obsoleted and phased-out Stentofon parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Stanley product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Statham such as the PM745TC25350 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 1000632000GCP manufactured by Stentofon and we are pleased to be able to service most Stentofon systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SGDELTA203001 by Manufacturer Stanley as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Sti Brand 701571004MS4620610Q1X in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Sti such as 701571008 equipment made by Sti have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sti products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sti" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available PM96TCD05350 made by Statham as well as the popular 10933 original spares produced by Stegman

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 20C104603 by Stanley and 701571008 spares by Sti are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
