Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Yaskawa CACR-SR10SF1AFB parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Fisher-Rosemount products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sanrex parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Mitsubishi product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Fisher-Rosemount such as the CL6011X1BA1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DFA150CB160 manufactured by Sanrex and we are pleased to be able to service most Sanrex systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CM20MD12H by Manufacturer Mitsubishi as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Mitsubishi Brand CM100TU12H in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Carel such as CHM09V2000 equipment made by Carel have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Carel products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Carel" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available CTC130F92072630 made by Comet as well as the popular DABK3005 original spares produced by Sony

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DH6005X1DA1 by Fisher-Rosemount and CHM09V2000 spares by Carel are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original DGC65DIG2I Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Electromat.
