Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Yaskawa R10168-568-14 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Siemens products, including obsoleted and phased-out Eagle-Microsystems parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Indramat product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Siemens such as the R15C02A185 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SI420 manufactured by Eagle-Microsystems and we are pleased to be able to service most Eagle-Microsystems systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature R91126354399W32 by Manufacturer Indramat as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Allen-Bradley Brand SP502979 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Rexroth such as R978017757 equipment made by Rexroth have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Rexroth products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Rexroth" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available SKN150024 made by Semikron as well as the popular SKKT16214E original spares produced by Semikron

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SKIIP31NAB065T12 by Semikron and R978017757 spares by Rexroth are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
