Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Yaskawa SGM-04AW14 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Sew products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sew parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Yaskawa product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Sew such as the R40DT80K4BMG1HF spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SAF37DT71D4 manufactured by Sew and we are pleased to be able to service most Sew systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SGM04A3G46M by Manufacturer Yaskawa as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Ge Brand R602838BA812 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Ragonot such as SB4004M11112Z equipment made by Ragonot have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ragonot products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ragonot" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available SD0786 made by Mj-Tooling as well as the popular SD2754 original spares produced by Mj-Tooling

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing.
