Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Yaskawa USAFED-20FA2OE parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Yaskawa products, including obsoleted and phased-out Vexta parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Sick/stegmann product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Yaskawa such as the UGHMED20GG20X spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the UPK543ATG30 manufactured by Vexta and we are pleased to be able to service most Vexta systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SRM50HFA0K21 by Manufacturer Sick/stegmann as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Tamagawa Brand TS3510N10E61 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Kanagawa such as TG6A36 equipment made by Kanagawa have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Kanagawa products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Kanagawa" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available TF38TZ10SMS5 made by Schroeder as well as the popular T18P1318B original spares produced by Reliance

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the TLYA2540PHJ62AAAC by Allen-Bradley and TG6A36 spares by Kanagawa are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original TBLDriver Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Tamagawa.
